 Manor West Retail Park is located at the entrance to Tralee town, just off the N21 road. The park can be reached by road, bus or rail. LOCATE MANOR WEST BY ROAD On Entering Tralee from Killarney/Cork direction • At Clashlehane Roundabout take the 1st exit into the Manor West Retail Park On entering Tralee from N69 • At first set of traffic lights in the town (at the railway/bus station) bear left onto N21 • Continue along the N21 taking 1st exit at next roundabout (by Austin Stack Football Pitch) • At Joe Keohane Roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on the N21 • At county buildings roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on the N21 • At Clashlehane Roundabout take the 3rd exit into the Manor West Retail Park From Killarney/Cork direction • At Park Road Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N22 (signposted Tralee) • At Cleeny Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N22 (signposted Tralee, Limerick N21) • Continue forward onto the N22 (signposted Tralee) • At Ballymacthomas Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N21 (signposted Tralee) • Continue forward on the N21 entering Tralee • At Clashlehane Roundabout take the 1st exit into the Manor West Retail Park From Tarbert / Listowel / North Kerry direction • Take the N69 to Listowel • Continue on the N69 through Listowel • Enter Tralee town on the N69 • At first set of traffic lights in the town (at the railway/bus station) bear left onto N21 • Continue along the N21 taking 1st exit at next roundabout (by Austin Stack Football Pitch) • At Joe Keohane Roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on the N21 • At county buildings roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on the N21 • At Clashlehane Roundabout take the 3rd exit into the Manor West Retail Park From Castleisland direction • Bear right onto the N23 • Turn left onto Tralee Road - N21 (signposted Tralee) • At Ballymacthomas Roundabout take the 2 nd exit onto the N21 (signposted Tralee) • Continue forward on the N21 entering Tralee • At Clashlehane Roundabout take the 1st exit into the Manor West Retail Park LOCATE MANOR WEST BY RAIL & BUS Tralee Bus & Railway station is less than 2 km from the retail park. • On exiting the station turn left onto N21 • Continue along the N21 taking 1 st exit at next roundabout (by Austin Stack Football Pitch) • At Joe Keohane Roundabout take 2 nd exit continuing on the N21 • At county buildings roundabout take 2 nd exit continuing on the N21 • At Clashlehane Roundabout take the 3 rd exit into the Manor West Retail Par Taxis are available at the Bus & Railway station. • Speedy Cabs 066 7127411 • VIP Taxis 087 972 1000 Irish Rail For train routes, timetables and ticket prices.
